Jeremy is a seasoned professional with a passion for serving others that dates back to his entrepreneurial beginnings selling cold drinks on the golf course at just 9 years old. Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Jeremy spent 7 years in Bozeman, Montana, before assuming the role of Regional Director of Sales & Marketing at Hawthorn Senior Living. With over a decade of experience directly serving the senior population, Jeremy brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to his current position, which he has held since July 2019.
Prior to his tenure in the senior living industry, Jeremy held various managerial positions, including Regional Sales Manager roles at Airgas and Action Fund Raising, as well as a Territory Manager position at Alaska Packaging. Jeremy's commitment to the senior community extends beyond his professional responsibilities; for the past 10 years, he has been a certified dementia trainer and has actively served on the boards of the Alzheimer’s Association and Big Brother Big Sisters of Gallatin County.
Outside of work, Jeremy cherishes time spent with his family, including his three children and grandson Wesley. He and his wife Andrea enjoy outdoor adventures in the beautiful surroundings of the Pacific Northwest. With his extensive experience, genuine passion for service, and strong leadership skills, Jeremy continues to make a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors and their families.
Andrew Arnold is the treasurer of the Gentle Journey Foundation. Mr. Arnold brings a wealth of experience and dedication to his role. At 73 years old, Andrew has a distinguished background, having served 23 years in the Army as a Logistics NCO at the battalion level, where he provided critical support to line companies.
In his military career, his involvement includes participation in the Desert Storm conflict. Demonstrating his commitment and resilience. Following his military service, Andrew transitioned into civilian life, where he spent 9 years as a traveling manager for high-end retirement communities.
In this role, he was responsible for the well-being of retired elderly residents, including many war and military veterans, which aligns with his lifelong dedication to supporting veterans. Currently, Andrew serves as a maintenance supervisor in Tennessee, where he continues to support geriatric residents and rehab patients. His work is driven by a strong belief in the importance of assisting veterans, a passion that he brings to every aspect of his professional and personal life. At Gentle Journey it is a proud honor to have Andrew as the voice for our veterans.
