While we are deeply committed to serving the senior community, we also assist veterans, terminally ill individuals, and those experiencing hardship or major life changes. If you or a loved one are navigating a challenging transition, we’re here to help.

We do our best to accommodate urgent and time-sensitive requests. Most moves can be scheduled within 3–10 business days, depending on location and scope. For cross-state or specialized needs, please contact us directly to coordinate timelines.

Yes, we provide full-service relocation including sorting, packing, loading, transporting, and setting up at the new residence. We treat every item with respect and offer optional downsizing or organizing support when needed.

Yes, we assist with pet-friendly moves and can help coordinate vehicle towing or transport. Let us know in advance, and we’ll tailor the relocation plan to include your unique needs.

As a nonprofit, we offer both fee-for-service and subsidized moves depending on your financial situation. Many clients pay standard rates, while others qualify for assistance thanks to generous donors and grants. We work with each client to find a solution that fits their needs and budget.

If cost is a barrier, we encourage you to speak with our team. We offer needs-based support through the Gentle Journey Foundation and may be able to reduce or offset the cost depending on your circumstances and available funding.

There are many ways to get involved, donate, volunteer, sponsor a move, or provide in-kind support such as moving supplies or vehicles. Every contribution helps us continue to serve families in need with dignity and care.

We primarily serve the Rocky Mountain and Pacific Northwest regions, but we also coordinate long-distance and cross-country relocations. Every journey is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If we can't directly assist, we will refer you to trusted partners who can.
